PricewaterhouseCoopers
“Blind Spots”

Four part thought leadership video series for PricewaterhouseCoopers highlighting Blind Spots in work, life and business and how we can all challenge assumptions, enhance objectivity, overcome stereotypes and broaden perspectives to ensure equitable representation.

Enhance Objectivity

First impressions can block objectivity, which can cause missed opportunities. Sometimes wanting to be “right” can take us in the wrong direction.

Overcome stereotypes

Stereotypes can influence our perception of who’s the “right fit.” They may create a road block towards our destination.

Broaden Perspectives

It’s natural to gravitate towards people who are like us. But making decisions solely on who we’re comfortable with can cause tunnel vision.

PROCESS

Our brains are wired to make assumptions, which can sometimes be off base. We think it's an honest mistake; science calls it a blind spot. PricewaterhouseCoopers wanted to create a four part presenter-led series to highlight Blind Spots we all need to be aware of in various scenarios in life, work and business contexts. An award-winning educational series (The Telly Awards, Communicator Awards and W3 Awards, 2018) that shines the light on important issues around equity and representation, with lessons for everyone.
